Umingle Account Banned After Misunderstood Chat – Request for Unban

I am writing because my Umingle account has been banned, and I respectfully request that this decision be reviewed and the ban removed. My primary account is registered with the email address c***@gmail.com. After my account was banned, I also discovered that I could no longer use Umingle with my other email address, d***@gmail.com. The ban occurred tonight after a conversation in which the other person mentioned they were feeling sad because of a breakup. In response, I wrote something along the lines of, "Go date another boy/girl." My comment was intended only as friendly encouragement to help the person move on and feel better. It was not meant to be romantic, sexual, offensive, or inappropriate in any way, nor did I intend to violate Umingle's rules or make anyone feel uncomfortable. If my message was misunderstood or interpreted differently than I intended, I sincerely apologize. I kindly ask that you carefully review the full conversation and its context before making a final decision. I respectfully request that my account be unbanned or, if you believe I made a mistake, that a warning or temporary restriction be considered instead of a permanent ban. I would also appreciate receiving information about the exact reason for the ban and its duration. I am committed to following Umingle's community guidelines in the future and will be much more careful with my wording to avoid any misunderstandings. I kindly ask that my access to my Umingle account be restored as soon as possible.
