Umingle Account Banned After Incorrect Under 18 Age Detection

A few days ago I used the Umingle website via Google and met someone on the platform. During our conversation I never mentioned anything about my age or personal identity. On the contrary, the other person shared their own personal identity information, including their private phone number, with me. Three days after this interaction, on 5 July 2026, my Umingle account was suddenly blocked with the reason stated as “under 18 years old”. This information is not correct, because I am already 23 years old and I am an adult user. I feel I did not commit any violation or mistake that would justify the blocking of my account. I kindly request that my Umingle account be unblocked as soon as possible so that I can continue using the service normally. If needed, I am ready to provide proof that I am 23 years old and comply with the age requirement on your platform.
