To Delete My Umingle Account And To Create New Account

I am writing regarding my Umingle account, which was suddenly banned on August 14, 2026 while I was trying to use the live chat feature. The screen showed the message “You are banned – Reason: Under 18” with a Ban ID of a99fb853 and an option for “Instant Unban: ₱149”. I did not make any payment and I do not accept being forced to pay for an unban. My main concern is that my account and all of my personal data are still in your system even though I cannot access or manage them because of this ban. I request that my Umingle account be completely deleted, including all personal information and data associated with it, and that I be clearly informed when this process is completed. After that, I also request that I be allowed to create a new account in line with your rules and age policy without being blocked or asked to pay to remove a ban. I expect you to handle this request as soon as possible and to confirm to me in writing that my account and data have been permanently deleted and that I can open a new account under the proper conditions.
