Request For Account Reinstatement - Incorrect Ban
This morning at around 8:00 a.m. my Umingle website account was suddenly banned with the reason “Explicit messages.” The ban screen shows a Ban ID and offers to remove the ban instantly in exchange for 149 Philippine Pesos. I never sent any explicit messages and I strongly disagree with this accusation. Right before the ban, the only thing I wrote was the short message “top or bottom” which is not explicit or sexual content. Despite this, my account was blocked and I am now unable to use the service unless I pay to lift the ban. I have not contacted support yet, because I believe this situation is clearly unfair and looks like an attempt to force users to pay. I request that my account be immediately unbanned without any payment, that the “explicit messages” flag be removed from my profile and records, and that this kind of automatic and unjust ban with a pay-to-unban option be reviewed so that other users do not experience the same problem.
