Please Remove The Ban

I have been using my Umingle account since around 2022 in Indonesia and recently my access was blocked because the system claims that I am under 18 years old. I am not under 18, but when I try to resolve this, Umingle asks me to make a payment in order to verify my age. Before the ban, someone tricked me as a prank and told me to write “m15” in a text section. After I wrote this, my account was banned and marked as if I were under 18. This information does not reflect my real age and was only written because of this prank. I find it unfair and worrying that my account is restricted based on an incorrect assumption about my age and that the only solution offered appears to be a paid verification. I would like my ban to be removed without any payment requirement and for an alternative, fair method of age verification to be provided if necessary. I request that my account be reviewed, that the age-related restriction be lifted, and that I can continue using Umingle services without having to pay to correct this situation, especially considering that the “m15” message was written as a prank and does not represent my real age.
