I Need My Umingle Ban Removed

I have been using Umingle through the Google Chrome browser and today I was suddenly banned from the platform. When I tried to access my account, I was shown a screen stating that I am banned for “Gender Searching,” along with a Ban ID and an “Instant Unban” option for 9.99 USD, with payment methods such as Google Pay, PayPal and credit card. The only thing I did before the ban was ask whether the person I was chatting with was male or female, because I was specifically looking to chat with a female user. I did not use insulting, threatening or harassing language. Despite this, my account was banned instantly and I am now being asked to pay money to remove the ban, which I find unfair and exploitative. I have not contacted Umingle support, because from what I see on the ban screen the platform is only directing me to pay for an “Instant Unban” instead of offering a fair review process. I believe that banning a user for simply asking about gender and then forcing them to pay 9.99 USD to access their account again is not an acceptable or transparent practice. I request that my ban be removed without any payment and that my account be fully restored. In addition, I expect Umingle to review this policy, stop forcing users to pay for an unban, and provide a fair, human review process for such decisions.
