I Lost Access to My Umingle Account After an Unexpected Ban

This evening I noticed that my Umingle account was suddenly banned and I can no longer access it. The ban was applied without any explanation or prior notice, and I have not received any warning, email, or in‑app message about a possible violation. I do not know the reason for this ban and would like my situation to be reviewed. If the ban was made in error, I kindly request that my account be unbanned and my access restored, or that I am at least given a clear explanation of the reason for this action.
