I Face Umingle Account Ban For Sexual Content I Never Shared

I was using the Umingle application on my iPad when my account was suddenly banned on Tuesday, April 7, 2026. The stated reason for the ban was “sexual content,” even though I did not share or engage in any sexual content or behavior that would violate the platform’s rules. I was simply using the app normally at the time.

After the ban, I contacted Umingle support, but I have not received any response so far. I do not understand which of my actions supposedly violated the rules, and I strongly believe that this ban was made in error.

I kindly request that my account be reviewed in detail and that this wrongful ban be lifted as soon as possible. If there is any specific content or behavior being referenced, I also ask to be clearly informed with evidence so that I can understand the situation and avoid any similar issues in the future.
