Umingle's automated system banned my account for "Gender Searching" (Ban ID: 0435a3b7) yesterday around 3:00 PM GST. I was having a normal conversation in Tagalog when the other user used the slang word "ekal." I replied with the correct spelling, "lalake" (the Tagalog word for boy or man), to clarify what they meant, and the app immediately banned my account right after I sent the message. I believe this was a simple system misunderstanding during a normal chat rather than an intentional violation of your community guidelines. However, if my message was interpreted as inappropriate in any way, I am truly sorry.
