Umingle Banned My Account for Gender Searching, I Request Ban Removal
I am writing regarding my Umingle account registered with the email address gerold****@gmail.com. I am accessing your platform from the Philippines. On July 12 at around 10:00 pm Philippine time, I was using the chat feature on the Umingle website for the first time when my account was suddenly banned. In the chat, I accidentally asked what gender the other person should be and then sent the word “Male.” Immediately after this message, I received a ban with the reason stated as “Gender Searching,” and I also saw a Ban ID listed on the screen. I understand that my message may have violated your rules, and I accept that this was my mistake. However, this was my first time using the platform, and I had no intention of causing harm or discomfort to anyone. I did not receive any prior warning before the ban was applied, and I was surprised to see that lifting the ban appears to require a payment. I kindly request that you review the ban decision on my account and give me a second chance without asking for any payment. I promise that I will not repeat this behavior and that I will strictly follow your community guidelines from now on. I would be very grateful if you could reconsider the ban and inform me of the outcome of your review.
