Ugg Sandals Purchased at SuperStep Produce Severe Odor Every Wear

The Ugg sandals I purchased from the SuperStep store last month produce an uncomfortably foul odor every time I wear them. I wear the product under normal daily conditions, but even during short periods of use, a heavy odor develops.

Although there is no visible deformation on the sole or the rest of the sandal, the fact that this odor is so severe and persistent has deeply disappointed me regarding the product's quality. This not only ruins my comfort while wearing them but also makes it impossible to continue using the product.

If such a severe odor is unavoidable for this product, I demand a full refund for the sandals. If an inspection is required, I request that the product be evaluated and that I be notified of the outcome.
