How to Recover Missing Udemy Courses From Account After Long Inactivity

I had purchased two different courses on Udemy — one was a YDS English course (with instructor S*** H***)**, and the other was a piano course by a French musician. Both courses were advertised as offering lifetime access. However, I hadn’t logged into my account for over a year due to my busy schedule. When I logged back in on October 2, 2025, I noticed that none of the courses I had purchased were visible in my account anymore.
I would like to regain access to my courses and have them restored to my account. Lifetime access was explicitly guaranteed at the time of purchase, and I never received any email notification or warning about the removal of these courses. I made both purchases with my credit card — one was approximately ₺100, and the other was around ₺30–40, both bought at discounted prices. My registered email address is e***@gmail.com**.
I request that my purchased courses be reinstated in my account and that I receive a clear explanation regarding this issue.
