Ubisoft Support Fails to Resolve My Account Theft After Multiple Contacts
My Ubisoft Connect account was stolen today at around 2:00 AM, and since then, I haven't been able to access my account in any way. When I try to log in, I can't get into my account, and I'm certain my account has fallen into someone else's hands. The email address registered to my account is d**************@gmail.com.
My account has more than 10 Ubisoft games on it, and I currently can't access these games that I've built up over a long time. Despite contacting Ubisoft's support line, the responses I received weren't satisfactory, and the issue hasn't been resolved.
I am requesting that Ubisoft carry out the necessary security checks on my Ubisoft Connect account and restore it to me as soon as possible, and that I be given full access to all my games and content on the account.
