My Lost Item in Uber - No Response Despite Immediate Report
I have a lost item and I've been trying to reach Uber about it. They said they'd get back to me within 24 hours, but they never did. I noticed and contacted them immediately after getting out of the taxi, but they didn't respond. By now, my lost item is probably gone for good. Not only did they fail to respond promptly, but they didn't respond at all. They didn't even attempt to communicate. Within 24 hours, our belongings left in a taxi would be lost in the customer turnover. Why are they so nonchalant about this?
