TurkNet Internet Outage: DSL Signal Lost for Two Days Despite Complaints

I receive home internet service from TurkNet İletişim Hizmetleri A.Ş. with the “Özgür İletişim 100 (Yalın)” package. However, since 26.10.2026 there has been no physical signal (DSL) on my line and I have been completely unable to use the internet service. Although I reported the issue to the company with support record number 121783450, the problem has still not been resolved. During the process, Türk Telekom field teams stated that the problem might be caused by the internal wiring and a fault work order was created in this direction. On 27.10.2026, the DSL light briefly turned on and the internet came back for a short time, but shortly afterwards, around 12:30, my internet was cut off again. The Türk Telekom team who came to the address left without even opening the junction box or making any checks, persistently demanded that I have a new cable drawn from outside the building, and tried to evade responsibility in this way. However, independent checks carried out by an electrician showed that there was no problem with my internal wiring and that the cables and circuits were completely intact. Despite this, the same teams acted indifferently, did not fix the fault, and caused me to be deprived of internet service for two days. As a result, I have been victimized and have not received the benefit of the service I paid for. Pursuant to Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers, a service that is committed to the consumer and paid for but not provided at all or not properly provided constitutes a defective service. For the reasons explained above, I request that the ongoing interruption of my internet service, which has been continuing for two days, be eliminated urgently, that a fee refund or deduction be made for the days when the fault has not been resolved and the service has not been provided, and that the necessary investigation be carried out into the negligent behavior of the relevant teams so that my grievances are remedied.
The problem was solved by the TurkNet - Türk Telekom - electrician triangle.
