Turkcell Double Charged Me for Setup and Activation Fees
I've come across a problem with Turkcell where I've been billed twice for the installation and activation fees. On March 1, 2024, I made a change to my internet plan. I switched from a non-contract package with a 1000 MB data limit to a special digital offer. The new plan offers double the speed and comes with a 500 MB data limit. The best part is that the setup and activation fees were included in the offer. The following day, I was presented with a bill amounting to ₺428. I'm not just paying for the new ₺340 package, but I'm also being charged for setup and activation fees that were left over from my previous non-contract plan. What a coincidence! It's time we speak up and demand transparency regarding these hidden fees!
