Turkcell Prevents Me from Buying Back My Old Phone Number
Even though my old phone number that I used with Turkcell is still on sale, I cannot buy that number back as a new line. I cannot log in to my e-mails because that phone number is registered in my e-mail address, because it constantly sends a code to that number. This issue has caused significant disruptions in my daily life, as I am unable to access important accounts tied to that e-mail. I have repeatedly contacted Turkcell, but their customer service has failed to offer a clear solution. Turkcell does not provide any concrete assistance in this regard, leaving me frustrated and without options.
