Turkcell Keeps Disconnecting My Line and Affecting My Business Despite Assurances
About two months ago, I started using a Turkcell line; ever since I changed, my connection has been disconnected twice for no apparent reason. Both times the problem corrected itself somehow. My line was severed once more today, though, and I am now left in darkness. Although Turkcell customer service assures me it will be corrected, nothing has changed after several calls to them. My phone is my tool for doing business; without it, my job suffers greatly and I become really stressed. Important calls elude me, and it is affecting my way of life. Not only am I losing money, but this is also wearing me mentally. Once and for all resolution of this is what I need.
I applied to transfer to a different company. I do not accept the penalty fee for early termination. I will not pay the bill. This is not my fault.
