Turkcell Is Not Providing Reliable Service Even 3 Km From the City Center
Turkcell's communication system has been giving me constant problems, which greatly influences my work. Although my company is just three kilometers from the city center, I get inconsistent services. Calls either often drop or, occasionally, I find it impossible to even connect. Given how near I am to the city center, this lack of consistent service is intolerable. Although I have brought up this problem several times, nothing has changed and it seems as though my worries are being discounted. Writing this complaint in English, I hope it will reach them should Turkish prove ineffective. Being a business owner, I depend on a consistent service, hence it irritates me that Turkcell has not acted to fix this continuous problem.
