Turkcell Charged Again for Reissuing QR Code
Last year, I paid for a Turkcell eSIM. After changing my phone, I tried to scan the provided QR code again, but it was invalid. Customer service informed me that they couldn't activate the code and that I would need to obtain a new code and pay again. The Customer Communication Center said old codes become invalid after being used 20 times. Despite this, Turkcell is demanding payment from existing customers for a new code, which shouldn't be necessary. They created and deactivated the code themselves, yet they haven't offered a solution.

Could you please inform me about how long it will take for a response? I will write the updates here based on your response. Additionally, customer service indicated that they could not create a complaint record when I wanted to do so regarding this matter. I suggest that you allow customers the right to request a record in your system, regardless of the issue.
Despite their promises and being told that I would be contacted here, no one has called or shown any interest yet. Turkcell only gives the impression of being concerned by responding. They are not taking any concrete steps.
My advice to everyone is to seek your rights and easily apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee online. Turkcell, which unjustly rejected all my claims, was forced to refund me by the decision of the Arbitration Committee. I am also attaching the court decision.
