Tumile Didn’t Add Gold to My Account Even After Sending Money

-Hello, although I transferred money to Tumile’s IBAN, the gold was not added to my account registered with the phone number ****053431 and the email address e******@gmail.com**. I cannot upload the receipt through the app, and customer service is not accepting it. Please look into this issue. I am experiencing a problem and need assistance. Thank you.
