Tumile Not Letting Me Log In to Old or New Accounts

I’m having an access problem with Tumile — I can’t log into the app at all. I have two accounts: one created with my phone number and the other with my email, but I can’t log into either of them. I even created a new account, and I can’t access that one either. I can’t get into any Tumile account on my phone.

Please help me — I am an active user.
