Tuborg Forces Higher Prices Before Official Increase

I'm filing a complaint against three different stores that sell Tuborg products because they made me pay higher prices before any official price increase. I don't want a refund; what bothers me is the unethical practice of stockpiling and selling items at higher prices. I think these stores are outright stealing, and I want the right steps to be taken.
