Trust Wallet User Escalates Fraudulent TRC-20 Withdrawal to Support

On August 24, an unauthorized withdrawal occurred without my knowledge or consent from my Trust Wallet account, which I have been using without issues for about 2 years. I later discovered that a transfer of 181.87839 TRX (approximately 3,000 TL) was executed via the TRC-20 network. I have never shared my wallet details or devices with anyone, I have not shared my password, and there is no approved request from my side regarding this transaction.

Although the transaction details show the transfer as successful and confirmed, it is evident that I had no prior knowledge of this action. When I tried to seek support via Trust Wallet and related channels, no assistance was provided, and the hardship I experienced remains unresolved.

I demand that the source of this unauthorized withdrawal be investigated using the transaction address and details, and that the stolen funds be refunded. I request a thorough security audit of my account and a clear, explicit explanation to prevent similar occurrences in the future.
