Trust Wallet Security Issue Caused Serious Crypto Loss
On May 1 at 8:07 PM, approximately $3,000 in USDT TRC20 was withdrawn from my Trust Wallet account without my knowledge or permission. The wallet address involved in the transaction is TJxEe44GhmC3wJM7xvxoLj1SjsFeC4UzZq. The transaction details clearly show the recipient wallet address and transaction ID, but I absolutely did not carry out this transaction myself.
Immediately after this incident, I reported the situation to the Trust Wallet support team, but they stated that they did not accept any responsibility. There were no other suspicious activities or signs of a security breach on my account or device related to this incident.
I request that Trust Wallet thoroughly investigate the security vulnerability related to this unauthorized transaction, refund the approximately $3,000 in USDT withdrawn from my account without my consent, and transparently share the necessary security measures with users to prevent similar incidents from happening again.
