Trust Wallet Unauthorized Transfer Without Notification

I was using my Trust Wallet crypto wallet only on my mobile phone to check my balance. However, on March 23, 2026, around 4:30 AM, I noticed that approximately $1,100 was withdrawn from my wallet via the TRC20 network without my knowledge or consent. The transaction ID (TXID) and the related wallet address details are available within the application.

Even though I did not perform this transaction, such a large amount was transferred out of my wallet without any warning, verification, or security notification, which has caused me significant financial and emotional distress. After noticing the incident, I tried to contact Trust Wallet customer support, but I was unable to reach anyone. I then immediately changed my passwords and security settings to take precautions.

I request that this unauthorized transaction be thoroughly investigated, that the security vulnerability that allowed this to happen be clearly explained to me, and that the approximately $1,100 withdrawn from my wallet be refunded.
