I fell victim to a scam on Trustwallet with no one to contact. I purchased $1300 worth of a coin called Gcoin, and it showed up on my screen as the purchase went through. I bought it in a BNB pair. They introduced the coin through a Telegram group called Merkez Crypto, but it turned out to be a scam. I can understand the group being shady, but here's the kicker: when I had around 90 thousand Gcoins in my Trustwallet account, I logged in again to find out that my holdings had been transferred to another address without my consent. I never shared my password or security keywords with anyone, yet somehow, those 90 thousand coins ended up in a different account. This suggests that the security of coins held in wallets like Trust wallet isn't as reliable as one would hope. Even though I reached out to the support team, I didn't receive any response, and I doubt they'll be of help going forward. I've already been burned, so don't fall for the same trap.
