My Withdrawal From Aster to Trust Wallet Failed and Missing

I withdrew 1000 USDT from the Aster website and followed the same steps as before to transfer it back to my Trust Wallet, but it did not work and, as you can see, it is showing as failed. The problem is that those 1000 USDT are no longer on the Aster website, so I don’t know where they have gone. I need your help with this issue. Thank you for your response. Regards.
