I transferred Dogecoin into my Trust Wallet account, and the payment has been confirmed on Blockchair for seven days now, yet my account balance still shows zero. I am asking for your help to resolve this issue, as the transaction has been confirmed, but the funds are still not appearing in my Trust Wallet account.
