I Can’t Access Truck Simulator Ultimate Despite Having an Active Account

I’ve been trying to play Truck Simulator Ultimate for several months now, but the game simply won’t let me in. I keep getting a strange error every time I try to open it. Sometimes the game loads briefly and then crashes instantly, but now it won’t even get past the startup screen. There’s no available update when I check the App Store, so I have no way to fix it from my end. What’s even more frustrating is that I already have an active account in the game. Oddly enough, Bus Simulator from the same company works just fine—only this one is broken. I’m asking for a fix or at least some kind of update from the developers. Please address this ongoing issue promptly.
