Truck Simulator Ultimate Blocked My Account—Need Access Restored

I am a long-time player of Truck Simulator Ultimate, and I recently decided to return to the game. After downloading it and trying to log in, I was met with error messages like "Access Denied" and "Account Issue", as shown in the screenshot I provided.

I have no idea why this is happening, as I have never violated any rules. I genuinely enjoy playing this game, but now I am locked out for no reason.

Truck Simulator Ultimate, please fix this issue immediately! I want my account fully restored so I can continue playing. I expect a quick response and a resolution!
