Trip.com Sold Me a Pegasus Ticket Without Luggage for the International Flight

I booked a connecting flight with Trip.com for April 9th and 10th, with multiple flights totaling £132. The airline was Pegasus, but the booking was made through Trip.com. The ticket included both a domestic and an international flight. While the domestic flight came with a luggage allowance and a handbag, the international flight did not, so I had to purchase additional luggage. After adding 12kg of luggage, the price increased to £152, which I paid. The next day, I realized that the luggage only applied to the domestic leg, and I had to buy luggage again through the Pegasus app for the international segment. When I contacted Trip.com, their customer service was unhelpful and refused to acknowledge that they were overcharging for tickets. I will never book with Trip.com again. I plan to gather all my documents and take the matter to court—not because of the small amount, but because it's simply not right. Stay safe.
