Wrong Phone Blocks Pickup Code

My order number 10528419747, placed on September 20, 2025, was delivered with the delivery code 9771701618, but the item arrived defective. I have contacted the seller, and a replacement package has been prepared. However, during the order process, my phone number was entered incorrectly as 05433083212 instead of 05423083212, so I have not received the “Pick Up” code. I have also not received any code via the Trendyol order page, my email, or SMS. As a result, I am unable to collect my replacement package. I kindly request that you correct the phone number issue and resend the pickup code to my correct number as soon as possible to expedite the process.
