I have been using my Trendyol Romania account and I would like to report a serious issue that started today. When I try to access my orders or any other section of my account, I receive a message stating that my account has been blocked. I was not informed in advance about any violation or reason for this block, and I have not made any unusual changes or suspicious transactions on my account. Both my account and my cousin’s account appear to have been banned. My Trendyol Romania account is registered with the email address: eldal***[email protected]. My cousin’s account is registered with the email address: Srwr***[email protected]. I kindly ask that both of these accounts be checked. The only special situation recently was related to my cousin, who lives in another country and will visit Romania soon. She created a Trendyol Romania account so she could see what products are available and place an order to my address, since she knows she will be staying at my place. She prepared her order on her own account and added the products to her bag, and then I logged into her account to finalise the order, add my address, and fill in all the necessary delivery details for my home so that the products would arrive at my address while she is in Romania. If this action is considered against your rules, I genuinely was not aware of it and had no intention of breaking any policy. After noticing that my account was blocked, I tried to contact Trendyol Romania customer service, but I was unable to reach any live agent, and the AI assistant did not provide any real help or explanation. At the moment, I am left without access to my account and my orders, and my cousin also cannot use her account. I kindly request that my and my cousin’s account be reviewed and unblocked so that we can continue using Trendyol Romania as before. If any rule was unintentionally violated, we are ready to comply fully with your policies and will not repeat such an action in the future. I also request a clear explanation of the reason for the block so that we can avoid any similar issue from now on.
