Dying Light 2 Reset My Progress After the VNC Tower Mission

I purchased Dying Light 2 for PC through Epic Games and had been progressing through the main story after investing a significant amount of time and effort. After completing the main story mission “Broadcast” and climbing the VNC Tower, I finished the mission and then slept in a safe zone in the game around 2:00 a.m. on February 16 before exiting the game.

However, when I logged back into the game around 12:00 a.m. on February 17, I noticed that the game had restarted the “Broadcast” mission as if I had never completed it. Not only the mission, but all the progress, levels, and effort I had made up to that point had been rolled back. Seeing the progress I worked hard for suddenly disappear was extremely frustrating and left me feeling unfairly treated.

When I checked the in-game bug reporting section, I could not find any solution related to this issue. I play on my Epic Games account under the username “soner uzun,” and I request that the lost progress on this account be restored or that a solution be provided to resolve the loss of my gameplay progress.

Because of this issue, my enjoyment of the game has been significantly reduced. I kindly ask that my account and save data be investigated and that I receive a clear response regarding this problem.
