Epic Games Account Recovery Request Rejected Without Explanation

My Grand Theft Auto V account, which I use through Epic Games with my connected Google account, was stolen on January 28, 2026. The account was originally created on August 27, 2022. Although it is still possible to log in through the Google connection, the email address associated with the account has been changed and two-factor authentication (2FA) has been set up without my knowledge. Because of this, I cannot change the account information or fully regain control of the account.

To recover my account, I submitted a request to Epic Games Support. I provided all the information they requested, including my username, the first email address I used when creating the account, the last four digits of my card and invoice number, and details about whether the account was linked to any other services. Since I still have access to all relevant account information, I am also able to provide any additional documents or verification they may require. Although I was told that my request had been forwarded to higher-level staff, my request was later rejected without any explanation, and no reason was provided for the rejection.

I am currently experiencing serious inconvenience both in terms of account security and the money I have spent on this account. Despite providing all the requested information accurately and completely, receiving no proper response has been extremely disappointing. I request that Epic Games conduct a detailed review of my case and fully restore control of my stolen Grand Theft Auto V account and my Epic Games account to me.
