Trendyol Seller Refuses Returns

I purchased 6 tank tops from the S**** Y****** brand via Trendyol. After wearing one, it shrank dramatically despite being a large size, just after the first wash. The other five remained untouched. I contacted the store, and sent one for exchange in a larger size. However, despite the untouched condition of the other five, the store rejected the exchange, claiming they had been washed. I provided images to both the store and Trendyol, but they defended the poor quality, leaving me stuck with these subpar tank tops. As a consumer, I'll bring this issue to the Consumer Arbitration Board, holding them accountable for my rights and the distress caused. I strongly advise against purchasing products from the 'Beyaz Toptan' firm. Sharing the resolution team's response and product images for your consideration. Be cautious when shopping on these platforms; otherwise, your money may go down the drain.
