Trendyol Partners with Poor Boutiques and Ignores Customer Complaints

I'm tired of Trendyol constantly causing issues by partnering with subpar boutiques. It feels like they’re working together to take advantage of consumers. Some boutiques send products with cut-off tags and torn packaging, then claim the customer damaged it, and Trendyol sides with the boutique. Despite numerous reviews from other customers describing the same issue with these boutiques, Trendyol ignores these complaints and forces me to go through the Consumer Arbitration Board instead of checking the boutique’s history of complaints. In the past, Trendyol used to take boutique complaints seriously, but now that they’ve gained popularity, they’ve changed their customer satisfaction strategy, prioritizing the boutiques that make them money over the customers. This approach is truly disappointing.
