Trendyol Order Delay - Seller Negligence, No Update
I ordered something from a seller on Trendyol on October 5, and as of today, my purchase hasn't even started being prepared yet. I called the merchant a several times, and all they said was that there was "a rush." How long does it take to have socks ready to ship? It's been five whole days. I thought I would see some progress or at least a truthful update, but all I see is a vague excuse with no defined deadline. I don't think it's fair for customers to have to wait forever without any updates on their orders. Trendyol, could you kindly step in and get in touch with your seller? Five days without any progress seems negligent, especially for such a simple order.
