Trendyol Did Not Help Me Retrieve My Package Despite Three Days of Attempts
I called Trendyol customer service on 19.10.2024 at 9:43 AM and spoke with an operator named H***, but unfortunately, she wasn't very helpful during our chat. Even though I told her how the situation had impacted me, she kept giving me the same answers without really helping at all. I still haven't gotten my package, and the shipping company just keeps sending me back to Trendyol. I've been dealing with Trendyol and the shipping company for three days now, and there's still no solution in sight. It's really tiring to handle this. I thought Trendyol would do better, and this experience has made me doubt their ability to deal with problems like this.
