Trendyol Rejected My Return for a Godox M2 Microphone Despite Following Rules
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent experience I had on Trendyol. On March 8, I purchased a Godox M2 microphone from a seller named Toptaş Fotoğrafçılık through Trendyol. Before the return period expired, I initiated a return request for the product. However, my request was rejected on the grounds that the item could not be resold. I find this unacceptable, especially considering that I acted within the return timeframe and complied with all necessary conditions. The seller appears to be unreliable, and I am even more disappointed that Trendyol claims it cannot assist further in this matter. As a customer, I expected more support and consumer protection from such a reputable e-commerce platform. I kindly request that you reconsider this situation and provide a resolution.
