Philips SpeedPro Max Plus XC8349/01 - Handle Breaks Three Times, Warranty Denied!

I purchased the Philips SpeedPro Max Plus xc8349/01 cordless vacuum cleaner through Trendyol. The handle section, specifically the connecting grip, keeps breaking repeatedly. I’ve experienced the same issue three times so far, and each time I sent the product to the service center. The repairs were previously covered under warranty, but when the same defect occurred for the third time, I was asked to pay for the repair. My invoice number is fa02023000024378, and the product is still under warranty. Since I’ve repeatedly faced the same problem with the same part and my issue has not been resolved, I request a product replacement from Philips.
