On August 11, 2020, I purchased the Roborock brand s6 maxv vacuum cleaner after conducting thorough research. I chose this model because it is highly regarded in the world of robot vacuum cleaners. I placed my trust in Trendyol and made the purchase. It's great when making a purchase, but it becomes challenging when you encounter issues and can't communicate with someone directly. After encountering some issues, I reached out to the authorized service for assistance. However, I am currently facing difficulties regarding the warranty. I requested a replacement, but they claimed that no issue was found with my product and sent it back to me. If you are not affiliated with this brand, I'm curious about why you choose to sell their products. Additionally, I'm interested in understanding how Roborock grants permission to a company with a warranty that has been known to have issues. I feel like I'm constantly being targeted.
