Travel Town Refuses Refund for My Child's Unauthorized Purchases
I am absolutely outraged by Travel Town's and their customer service's predatory and completely unreasonable refund policy. My younger sibling downloaded the game on my phone and, without my knowledge or permission, made multiple in-app purchases, charging a significant amount of money to my account. As soon as I discovered the unauthorized transactions, I immediately contacted support, explained that a minor had made these purchases accidentally, and requested a full refund. Their response was a flat-out denial.
They told me they would not return my money, offering no empathy or reasonable solution. It is completely unacceptable to penalize me for the unintentional actions of a child. This policy is incredibly unfair and feels like theft. I never authorized these payments, and the fact that Travel Town's support team is completely unwilling to help or even consider the circumstances is infuriating. They are essentially profiting from a mistake.
I demand a reversal of this decision and an immediate refund of all charges made by my sibling. Your company needs to take responsibility for these situations and provide a clear path for resolution. Refusing to help a customer in this situation is simply bad business. I want my money back now.
