Travel Town Took Extra from My Phone Despite Failed Payment Errors
I’m extremely frustrated with the Travel Town game. I attempted a few in-game purchases, but each time I got a “payment failed” message. Thinking the transactions didn’t go through, I tried again—only to later find out that a total of ₺700 was charged to my phone line without my knowledge or consent. This is unacceptable! Not only did I not receive the items I tried to purchase, but I was also charged multiple times for failed transactions. I’ve deleted the game immediately, but I demand a full refund of the extra ₺700 taken. This kind of sneaky and misleading charge needs to be addressed, and the company must take responsibility. Please resolve this urgently and refund my money.
