Verify your payment;
• Check your bank/e-wallet/statement
• Confirm no refund credit posted
• Screenshot your statement showing no refund
Check email (including Spam);
• Search for:
– “Transferz refund”
– “Cancellation refund”
– “Support”
• Screenshot any messages or lack thereof
Contact Transferz Support immediately;
• Use the app/website support or official email
• Explain:
– Transfer was cancelled by them
– You did not receive a refund
• Provide:
– Booking ID
– Cancellation screenshot
– Payment proof
Ask them to:
• Confirm refund status
• Provide refund timeline
• Reissue the refund if overdue
If support does not reply, you might want to consider posting a complaint on Xolvie in order to bring attention to the issue and try to find a solution.
