On February 4, I initiated a transfer of €345 to Poland through TransferGo. At the time of the transaction, I was informed that the transfer would reach the recipient within one business day. However, as of today, we are now on the third day, and the funds have still not reached the recipient, nor have I received any clear or meaningful update regarding the delay. The transfer order number is 65131429.
Due to this delay, I have contacted customer service multiple times, but each time I was simply told to “please be patient,” without being given any clear explanation or estimated timeframe. I have been negatively affected by both the failure to meet the promised transfer time and the lack of transparent communication. I request that this transfer be completed immediately, or if that is not possible, that the full amount I paid be refunded in full. I also ask for a clear and written explanation of the current status of the transfer and where it stands in the process.
