I'm writing to express my frustration and to request a full refund. I canceled my subscription, but despite this, you still charged me ₸14,950. This charge was completely unauthorized, especially considering I have not used your platform at all.
I was shocked to see money withdrawn from my account after I had already taken steps to cancel. I respectfully ask that you return my funds immediately. I should not be paying for a service I never used.
