To stop auto-renewal and future charges, go to Tracelo's official cancel page and enter the email address you used.

If you're not sure about the email, look for a welcome letter from Tracelo or go to their unsubscribe page.

Email support and ask for written proof of cancellation along with refunds for any charges that happened after the cancellation. You can also fill out the form on their page to get in touch.

Tell your bank right away that the charges aren't yours so that they can block the merchant and begin a claim or chargeback.
