Tracelo App Requires Message Sending Despite Private Lookup Claim

Today I purchased a weekly subscription to the Tracelo app for 1.25 because it clearly implied that I could look up a phone number without the other person being notified. The only reason I paid was because I wanted to search a number privately, without sending any kind of message or alert to the person I was searching for. However, when I manually entered the phone number into Tracelo, the app required me to send a message to that person in order to proceed. It opened a screen asking me to send a message, and would not let me continue the search without doing so. This is the exact opposite of what I understood from the information shown before I subscribed, and I feel that I was misled into paying for a service that does not work as advertised. Tracelo is giving false, misleading information to make users purchase a feature that does not operate the way it is presented. I also could not find any clear way to contact customer support from within the app to resolve this issue. I request that my weekly subscription fee of 1.25 be refunded and that Tracelo correct its explanations and advertising so that users are clearly informed that the person they search may have to receive a message or notification. I expect this issue to be taken seriously and resolved as soon as possible.
